MiraCosta College
MiraCosta College’s Student Services offers a wide range of support focused on equity, access, and student success. MiraCosta Promise
The MiraCosta Promise offers free college for two academic years. Eligible students will have their tuition and mandatory fees waived; textbook assistance may also be available. MiraCosta EOPS Program
The EOPS program's mission is to encourage the enrollment, retention, graduation and transfer of students disadvantaged by language barriers and/or social, economic and educational circumstances. EOPS services are designed to give students individualized attention and support as they work to achieve their academic goals.

We provide a wide selection of accelerated, hands-on job training in advanced manufacturing, engineering, emerging technologies, healthcare, veterinary science and professional skills training. Palomar Promise Program
The Palomar Promise program is a comprehensive student success program geared towards increasing the college-going and completion rates of first-time college students and helping to ensure their success. The Palomar Promise offers up to two years of free tuition (fall/spring), textbook assistance, and access to specialized academic and career planning with related support services to first-time college students who meet the eligibility requirements. Palomar Promise is funded using a combination of state, federal and local funding resources
